Project 50 - a 50-day commitment to seven rules aimed at changing your life. I’ll update this page daily to hold myself accountable and show y’all my journey! Here are my rules:

  1. Wake up before 9 a.m. - at least 7 hours of sleep per day

  2. Do a morning routine - wash up, do morning stretches, and get ready for the day.

  3. Exercise for 1 hour - my daily gym session.

  4. Read 25 pages - typically 10, but I’ve been wanting to read, so I’m going for 25.

  5. Dedicate 1 hour to developing a new skill - use Ableton 11 to produce my favorite music - house & electronic.

  6. Follow a healthy diet - cut unhealthy snacks, no meals after 8 p.m., & eat fruits or veggies at least once per day.

  7. Track your progress in a journal - again, I’ll be tracking my progress here!
